- On site security assessments to ensure compliance with community laws and industry standards. RSI assessments minimize liability lawsuits, and improve chances of avoiding costly lawsuit settlements by identifying forseeability issues and assisting resort management develop adequate security safeguards for both guests and employees.
- RSI Consultants have cross industry experience and are competent in multiple security disciplines. - RSI will conduct due diligence investigations to establish probity prior to major financial transactions or joint ventures. RSI will also conduct internal and external investigations (both discreet and overt); locate and interview witneses; and provide expert witness testimony regarding security issues.
- RSI Consultants will conduct electronic sweeps to ensure privacy, conduct security assessments to evaluate existing security measures and make recommendations to upgrade security and equipment, write equipment and service specifications and interface with security vendors to ensure cost effectiveness. - Security Assessments/ Liability Audits -- RSI will evaluate local crime, analyze hotel security incidents and assess the property's exposures. "Mystery Shopper" visits are made in connection with assessments as a value added service.
Security Manuals -- RSI Consultants will develop security policies and procedures that reflect management objects and philosophy. RSI will write hotel security manuals that comply with local regulations and industry standards..
Parking Security -- RSI will evaluate the security of parking lots and parking garages and make recommendations regarding barriers, lighting, audio monitoring, landscaping, access control and CCTV systems.
Security Design -- RSI Consultants will collaborate with architects, write specifications for security systems including locks, safes, radios, CCTV, and interface with security vendors to ensure timely submission and consistency in proposals. Consultants will work with hotel management to obtain the best value.
Contract Security -- RSI will evaluate existing security staff performance and, if requested, write a specification to incorporate contract security. RSI will also provide insight on creating effective contracts that will lock-in performance and protect the hotel or resort. Our consultants will review or create Guard Post orders.
Security Training -- RSI will provide "hospitality sensitive" security training for security officers, lounge and night club staff, front desk, doormen and housekeeping staff. Special training modules are available focusing on workplace violence, robbery hotel fraud, emergency resonse and crisis management.
Due Diligence Investigations -- RSI will conduct inquiries to establish probity prior to acquisitions, significant financial transactions, joint-ventures, and commitment to professional relationships.
Background Checks -- RSI will assist hotel management create policy and establish a cost effective program of background checks on employees and staff.
Drug Policies -- RSI consultants will review drup policies and provide guidance on drug testing, use of undercover investigations, and drug awareness programs.
Internal and External Investigations -- A team of seasoned former federal investigators are on staff to conduct internal, external and undercover investigations.
Executive Protection -- RSI Consultants have experience in assessing both verbal and written threats. RSI will arrange for protection of VIPs at the hotel, and will design effective office and residential security plans for hotel executives.
