I have been working in accounting for small businesses and preparing Income Taxes for those businesses and for individuals since the late 1960s. I am an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the IRS. I am prepared to review your accounting needs, evaluate the extent to which your staff can or should assume some of the responsibilities for record keeping and train them to do so, with oversight as needed.

I work from my home office, or will come to your facilities to do the "Full Charge" duties, or just to review the work prepared by your staff to verify that your business activities and progress are accurately portrayed. I try to advise where I see opportunity for you to maximize your profit and to minimize your operating expenses.

I am familiar with several common accounting and tax preparation software, and with various forms of business and non-profit organizations. I am experiences at preparing documentation for annual review by CPAs for businesses that require audited financial statements and tax returns.
