gallery of knives: http://wendlingknives.com/gallery.htmlI personally guarantee all my knives for the lifetime of the knife. If there are any problems with the knife through normal usage, send it back to me and it will be repaired, replaced, or your money will be refunded, whichever works best for you.
For custom orders, if the knife is not what you had in mind, send it back unused and I will gladly refund your money and/or build you another knife.
All my knives come with free lifetime sharpening if you do not care to sharpen them yourself. Simply send it to me with $5 for postage and I will return it to you as sharp as when it was purchased.
Mostly, I make knives for the hunter/outdoorsman. I also make fighter/tactical knives intended for real use. Occasionally, I produce every-day-carry fixed blade knives and have begun making some larger Bowies recently.
Primarily, I use 01, 1095, 440C, and ATS34 steels in my knife making. If you have another steel in mind, we can discuss it and it is usually not a problem. As with all custom knives, if you request one of my designs, the knife you receive will be extremely similar, but may not be exact because each knife is custom made.
I use various woods, most of which are stabilized. Fittings can be brass, stainless, or nickel silver. All knives come with a leather or kydex sheath custom made for that knife.
If you have a design in mind or just certain specifications, email me and i will be happy to discuss your knife with you.
Prices are dependent on the choice of steel, hardware, and scale material. If you would like to request a quote on a knife feel free to contact me.
